Yes, if we include a content management system (CMS) in the scope. For occasional changes, we can agree on maintenance.
No. The calculator uses official prices to estimate your selection. A final proposal follows agreement on the project scope.
I can first review the existing website and its technical setup. Then I can suggest maintenance, improvements or a new build.
